What is it?
The PIQ is a series of questions that you, the seller, must complete.
The PIQ is a required document of the Home Information Pack.
To make this part of the HIP process as simple as possible we have included an on-line PIQ in the HIP portal. From there you can download or complete the PIQ in your own time and at your own pace.

The purpose of the PIQ is to provide a potential buyer with information that is relevant to the property, ie the Council Tax Band, Central heating, Double Glazing, car parking, Extensions and improvements and if the property is leashold, details of communal facilities and expenses.
