Home Information Packs in Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall and Wolverhampton normally include the EPC, however we can provide HIP's without the EPC or just the EPC by itself:-

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) £52, including vat

For leasehold properties additional documents relating to the Original Lease are required and these may take longer to compile, this will increase the cost of the HIP by £35.25 (£30+vat).

HIP's and EPC's are provided in electronic (PDF) format.
