Home Information Packs in Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall & Wolverhampton normally include the EPC, however we can provide HIP's without the EPC or just the EPC by itself:-

HIP+EPC for a typical 1 - 4 bedroom Freehold property: 241.5

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) 65

If you already have a valid EPC and just need the HIP;

HIP less the EPC for a typical 1 - 4 bedroom Freehold property: 189.75

For leasehold properties additional documents relating to the Original Lease are required and these may take longer to compile, this will increase the cost of the HIP by 34.40 (30+vat).

HIP's and EPC's are normally provided in electronic (PDF) format.

If you require printed copies, these should be requested at the time of order. The printed HIP is 17 (with or without the EPC). The printed EPC only is 7.50
